Mr. Rosebaugh is the Owner and CEO/President of CHAMP Software, Inc. He began the company in 1985, and for 10 years wrote software and developed a customer base that made CHAMP one of the largest providers of home care and public health software in the midwest. In recent years he has moved from wearing many hats to being primarily

the manager of the company. Prior to launching CHAMP Software, Mr. Rosebaugh served for seven years as a public health director for two counties north of the Twin Cities, which provided valuable insight into the needs of our customers.

Prior to specializing in health care, Mr. Rosebaugh worked for 10 years as a planning and management analyst and consultant. During this time he undertook numerous projects for local governments and non-profit agencies, designed to improve policy and operations. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Iowa State University and a Master's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Deborah Rosebaugh, CFO

Ms. Rosebaugh has over 14 years combined experience in human resources and financial operations. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. She has two years of experience in banking operations and over six years’ experience in human resources, including four years at Minnegasco as a Compensation Specialist and six months as a consultant. In 1997 she joined CHAMP as the Financial Administrator, and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2001.
