Install CHAMP HIPAA Version 2
Installation Instructions
1) Install CDs will be shipped the week prior to your agency's scheduled installation. If you have not scheduled an installation date, please call CHAMP at 507.388.4141.
2) Print and read install documentation in order to prepare for
your installation. It is important that you follow the steps outlined
in the documentation--otherwise your installation may fail.
- If your agency has only one computer using CHAMP, and that computer doesn't use any network servers to run CHAMP, read the instructions for agencies with a single, Stand-alone Workstation.
- If your agency has less than 10 computers using CHAMP, or one computer that uses CHAMP from a network server, read the instructions for agencies using the MSDE.
- If your agency has 10 or more computers using CHAMP, read the instructions for agencies using SQL Server™.
3) Request training. Please call 507.388.4141 for training options.
4) Download and install ServerTools to help manage CHAMP HIPAA Version 2.
