KBS Change Report
Interested in measuring outcomes? Try this report that arrived with the 1st HIPAA release. The KBS Change Report is found on the Agency Reports Menu, under Client Management.
This report takes the wealth of data you've been capturing with KBS ratings, and translates it into a graphical illustration of the impact of your services on clients. You can see outcomes!
What does this report say? This page shows six clients seen by an agency for Problem 12, Emotional Stability. There are 43 other pages, covering the complete Problem Classification Scheme. Individual clients are listed, showing how long they've been open. Each client's Initial and Final KBS ratings are shown, plus overall averages. The overall averages are also shown in a set of bar graphs. This agency saw modest improvement in Knowledge, no change in Behavior, and modest improvement in Status for these six clients.
You can run this for any range of dates you like. Start with a one-year range of dates; clients have to be closed in the time span you give to show up on the report. At some point in the future, we hope to add a statistical measure of significance to help you interpret this data.
