Christmas Greetings
From Our Family to Yours

For many years, it was our practice to recap the year at Christmas-time. This has been a year of dramatic changes at CHAMP, and an update is appropriate.

In January we began a foray into Texas to sell our software to home care agencies in the south. This adventure taught us much about home care in the Lone Star state, which is very different from the North Star state.

As a result, we are adding major functionality to our clinical software, and expect to ship a PDA (Pocket PC) version of our software in early 2005. We have also developed a scheduler this year, designed for both home care staff and public health clinics.

In 2006, we expect to turn to the billing and financial side and help you do more tracking for Medicare PPS. We have a long list of requested features, and may ask you for assistance in setting priorities.

We have had some changes in staffing (see photo). New staffers include David Smith, who is handling sales, and Rebecca Bedore, who is helping us build pathways for the new PDA clinical software.

2005 marks the 20th year of CHAMP Software. We began with 1 customer in 1985, and today have over 100 customers in six states. Thank you all for your help in getting us to this point.

Blessings to you and your family and friends at this blessed season.

Sincerely,

David Rosebaugh
