And Where We're Going
A great big thank you to our friends at Kitsap
County in Washington. Rebecca Bedore, and David and
Deb Rosebaugh traveled there February 13 - 17th to
conduct TouchPoint ClickNotes training and were
greeted with a very warm reception.
About 30 people attended the 5 day training session. Kitsap is our newest customer on the west coast and it was a good learning experience for our company. Things on the west coast are done differently than the midwest, so we came back with fresh ideas and perspectives to improve our products even more. It's important to us to limit your training costs, so we offer several training options. We will come to your site, or a site near you, you can visit us, or we can train you over the Internet using WebEx. ClickNotes -Look What We've Done
We try to make our software meet as many of your
needs as possible. There are times when we just
can't meet them all and having vitals pre-defined
that are specific to each agency was a challenge,
but we have an option for you. We gave you the
option to set up your own vitals when the ones built
into the system don't suffice.
From the System menu, select Agency Variables. A Custom Vitals tab displays on the far right of the screen. Click on this tab. Any vital information that needs to be captured is set up here under either the Custom Vitals A or Custom Vitals B column. An instruction sheet on setting up custom vitals is available on our web site. Please download a copy, or call us with questions. A New Friendly Face at CHAMP
I am currently attending South Central College in
North Mankato, Minnesota, working towards a
Networking Services degree. I worked in a
clerical/computer support position for a non-profit
agency in Mankato for 15 years before coming to
CHAMP in May, 2006.
Years ago, I was a nursing assistant and home health aide, while attending Minnesota State University as a pre-nursing student. I have always had an interest in health care, and it has evolved from direct care to now being on the technical side. After working at the same place for so many years, it was a little scary leaving there and coming to CHAMP. But they have made me feel very much at home, and part of the team. I am especially excited to be able to work in the computer field and also with the health care industry. I have been married for over 15 years and have two sons, who are 12 and 9. When I am not running to sporting events or band concerts for my kids, or doing homework, I like to read, garden and quilt. My philosophy about work has always been to work hard, do the best that I can do, and at the end of the day, leave my work at the office; because what life is really about is my commitment to God and family. That philosophy has not always been easy to follow, with expectations and stresses at other jobs. But that is exactly how David and Deb Rosebaugh view things, and that’s how I know this is where I am supposed to be. |

Celebrating Anniversaries with CHAMP
Many of you may have spoken with Ben when calling
CHAMP about technical issues. Ben is a great asset
to our company. He's always willing to help and
enjoys digging in and solving even the most
perplexing problems. Ben has been with CHAMP for 1 1/2
years now. He celebrated his 1 year anniversary with
CHAMP in May.
Ben works with our customers and he also takes care of all of our internal technical setup and problem resolution as well as maintaining our web site. We're happy to have Ben on our team. Thank you Ben for Great Service. CHAMP wants to make your experience with us as trouble-free as possible.
