Q and A for Online eLeaP Tutorials

I want to re-do a tutorial to refresh my memory. How do I do that?

You can restart or redo a tutorial by using the playbar controls at the bottom of a tutorial. You can also go to the course, and click on the tutorial. It will start from the point you last left off. If you had finished it, then it will start at the beginning again.

You have access to the tutorials for 90 days after your agency has gone live with Nightingale Notes. If it has been longer than that, you will need to contact Champ to purchase another 90 day access pass for $99 per user.

The tutorial starts but then stops, or won’t let me get past a quiz even though I answered all the questions.

Try these solutions:

eLeap is optimized to run in Mozilla Firefox, just like Nightingale Notes. If you are using another browser, like Internet Explorer, please close the tutorial, log out, and open Firefox. Then log in again.
Make sure your flash player is updated. If it isn’t, download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player here , install it, and try running the tutorial again.

I am logged into the eLeap learning site but I don’t know what to do next.

Please download and read the instructions How to Use eLeap (insert link to PDF) document. This walks you through using eLeap step-by-step.

It’s been a while since I’ve logged into eLeap and now my password doesn’t work.

Your eLeap login remains active for 90 days after your agency has gone live with Nightingale Notes. If it has been more than 90 days, please email Champ Support to purchase an additional 90 day access pass. If it has been less than 90 days, please make sure your Caps lock is not on, you don’t have any extra spaces in the password, and you are typing it correctly. The password is case sensitive.

I didn’t get an email with my password.

Please make sure that the email did not get caught in your junk mail folder. If it did, please add office@eleap.com to your list of safe email senders. You may need to ask your IT Department how to do this.

If the email is not in your junk folder, please email Champ Support or call us at 507-388-4141.

I can’t remember my login to access the tutorials.

Your usernameⁱ is your email address. You should have received your password in an email from office@eleap.com.

If you don’t have that email, please email Champ Support or call us at 507-388-4141.

I can’t find the link to the web site where the tutorials are.

eLeap is a separate web site from Champ or Nightingale Notes. Please access eLeap here.
