Initial Training Comes With Your Purchase
Internet-based training is conducted via WebEx™ remote access software as you are ready for each phase.
We know how hard it is to set aside large amounts of staff time for training, so we offer 1-hour live on-line sessions. Since it's live, you get immediate answers to questions, plus you can proceed at your own pace.
For five or more workstations with TouchPoint modules, we recommend 8-20 hours of on-site training (see below) at $100-$125 per hour plus travel expenses.
On-site Training
The following are typical training lengths for individual modules if on-site training is requested:
- System Manager: 2 days
- Insurance/MA: 1 day
- Medicare Billing: 1 day
- TouchPoint Modules: 1-2 days*
- OASIS: 1 day
*Plus 1 day with Karen Martin, principal investigator of The Omaha System research project, author or numerous related publications, and chair of The Omaha System advisory committee.

Additional Training Opportunities
Advanced training is also available at your agency, customized to fit your needs. This training is at your agency's expense, including items such as training time, travel, lodging, and meals.
CHAMP also offers regional training sessions coordinated with new product releases.
