We’re excited and delighted to announce that our new website is live!
The process involved lots of planning and preparation, and we’re glad to say that all the hard work has been worth it.
Champ Software CEO Dave Rosebaugh explained, “As you can see, there have been significant changes to the website layout and navigation. In addition, we have worked hard to deliver a much better tablet and mobile experience for our new and existing customers.”
Why did we need a new website?
We knew that our website was the first port of call for many public health agencies looking for EHR software.
We therefore wanted to make sure that our products, experience and capability was at the forefront, to make it easier to see the features and benefits of Nightingale Notes EHR software.
After speaking to more and more public health entities throughout the country, we soon realised that our website had to match our reputation and our software.
We were aware that our existing website perhaps did not meet the needs of potential customers. Technology and expectations change regularly, and we felt our site looked outdated compared to our competitors, and lacked some of the visual appeal of other sites.
What’s different about the new website?
You’ll already have noticed that the design is considerably different, and there have been significant layout changes too. The site now uses the https protocol for additional security and for your reassurance.
We’ve made the content much easier to read, so that you can learn more About Us, what EHR can do for your public health agency, quickly find the Features and Benefits of Nightingale Notes, learn more about our Packages, and much more.
As well as the obvious changes, we’ve made several other design and development tweaks too, which should help you to get the information you need.
We’ve made it easier to find what you’re looking for, and have changed the navigation as well as improving the search facility.
What do we hope to achieve?
Nicole Sowers, COO of Champ Software explained what she expects from the new website. “We’re expecting to see more visitors as the site was designed and built to be more attractive to the search engines. We’re expecting more mobile visitors too, as the site is now mobile-friendly.
In addition, we’ve started an SEO campaign to help ensure the site and content appeals to search engines and those looking for public health EHR software.”
As a result of these changes we’re looking forward to more inquiries, and more customers.”
We’re looking forward to your feedback, so if you have any questions, or can’t find what you’re looking for, please Contact Us and let us know. We’ll be delighted to help you.
