Kellie Kopischke
Kellie KopischkeCustomer Support Manager
Kellie has worked with Champ Software starting in 2006 as a Support Specialist and later joined our Training team; her role later evolved into Customer Support Manager and she has excelled in that position.

Kellie is an expert on the billing functionality in Nightingale Notes.

Before coming to Champ, she worked for a county’s Employment Services program for 7 years.

Part of that job included teaching/training MFIP clients basic computer and job seeking skills, and also training staff from multiple county, state, and private non-profit service providers how to use Minnesota’s Workforce One web-based case management system.

Kellie gains great satisfaction from helping users get excited about Nightingale Notes EHR software, and teaching tips and tricks that may help them do their jobs more efficiently.

Working in a small company and working closely with long-term customers makes it easy to develop personal relationships with those customers.

Kellie was born in Minnesota, but spent a lot of her childhood in Orlando, Florida. Kellie loves the outdoors and spending time with her family working in the garden or sitting on the patio.

In the winter, she hibernates! Kellie married her best friend, and has three children.

The oldest is in the Marines, pursuing his dream; a second son is in the Navy and has a great interest in computers. Her youngest is a rambunctious girl.
